Statement
(EN) This three-dimensional space is a "Werkstatt für potenzielle Malerei" to recover bio power of individuals. Within the workshop i studied the immateriality and productivity of artistic labor and created specific play rules("Constraints") to unite labor and play. In order to explore an alternative form of potential painting, I changed conventional mediums and tools of painting and created new constraints that would replace the usual limitations. The canvas, for example, is replaced by a three-dimensional space, and staplers and papers substitute traditional painting tools and materials like brush and paint. The act of painting in space itself is closer to a performance. The entire process is visually recorded, and the end result is archived as photographs. Once an image is "built", all papers and stapler needles are removed from the workspace and papers are re-used in the next work. These constraints are all developed and employed to enhance the productivity of an artist
